Shipping policy
I currently ship exclusively within Germany.
Unfortunately, shipping to other EU countries is not possible at this time. The reason for this is the country-specific packaging regulations, registration requirements, and additional administrative and licensing costs involved. As a small independent artist, I am currently not able to meet these requirements.
I hope to be able to offer international shipping in the future. Thank you for your understanding!
Processing Time and Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or public holidays). An exception to these shipping times is the Print Club (you can find more information about Print Club shipping times on the product page).
After dispatch, delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days. (The actual delivery time is the responsibility of the shipping provider and may vary in individual cases.)
Shipping Costs
The following shipping options are available within Germany:
- DHL Large Letter: 1,80 €
- DHL Package 2 kg: 6,19 €
The appropriate shipping method is automatically selected based on the total weight of your order.
Shipping Providers
Depending on the size and weight of your order, shipping is handled by Deutsche Post or DHL.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact me as soon as possible via the contact form or by email and send photos of the packaging and/or the products.
Delivery Address
Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order. I cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
