Refund policy
Consumers within the European Union are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial activity nor to their self-employed professional activity.
Withdrawal Instructions
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. In accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual selection or specification by the seller, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hannah Detterbeck, Wahlenstr. 15, 93047 Regensburg, E-Mail: mail@hannah-detterbeck.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods - if possible, in their original packaging. The customer shall be liable for any damage resulting from improper packaging.
You are only required to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a manner that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.
